Connecting Doc247
Add Doc247 from the ChatGPT plugin directory or the Claude connectors directory, or add a custom connector with the server URL https://mcp.doc247.xyz/mcp. You will be asked to sign in to Doc247 and approve access.
Common questions
- My download link expired. Links are valid for 7 days. Ask your assistant to “get the PDF of INV-0007 again”, or open your documents to download it.
- I need to change an invoice. Issued documents are immutable. Ask your assistant to create a credit note for it, or to create a corrected document.
- My company details are wrong on documents. Ask your assistant to update your company profile; new documents will use the updated details.
- Delete my account and data. Email hello@doc247.xyz from the address you signed up with. See the Privacy Policy for details.
